ON MY GRADUATION DAY.
That day of my graduation,
I’ll stand taking three pictures,
Not because I want too,
But because I have too.
I’ll take the first picture looking up high,
Praising the Lord for the life during struggle,
Thankful for my parent who supported my fight,
It would be difficult without them by my side.
I’ll take the second picture with a love sign,
Those who supported me in other ways,
Water to drink when I thought it was enough,
With their assignment to copy when I had none.
I’ll take the third picture with the middle finger,
To those who wanted to see me down,
To those who judged my capacity,
To those who poured hatred towards me.
It will be on my damn graduation day.
