Write a poem been inspired by a project or task be completed – whether it’s crossing something off the never-ending to-do list, or a project you have worked on for a long time.
The open-eyed dream became my feathers.
Soul had the pluck to fly by vanquishing dangers.
Opportunity was the remarkable curtailment.
Motivation endured through little achievements.
A young shy girl at the age of twenty
decided to pursue a degree in another city.
Protective family was against her decision.
Society was also instigating through false assertions.
Certainly the city was bit far in the opposite hemisphere.
At the same time I was experiencing both excitement and fear.
With the difference in opinion finally, I caught the flight.
Still the support of my mother was always by my sight.
