These city lights
Sparkling so bright
Making my eyes twitch
Someone turn off the switch.
The night is so cold
I want to sleep some more
But these city lights
Reflecting even more.
These city lights
Shining so bright
As if the sun never
Set down here.
Approximately 3 am
I stepped down from bus
Travelled alone
Towards the home.
Thanks to these city lights
It was so safe and secure
No one did dare
To come across.
Just reach the height
You will love the sight

That energises every night.
