When a smile is more then just a smile

A smile of all of the good memories you have

A smile because you are blessed

But dont be fooled by a simple smile

A smile can be a betrayel of the pain you are suffering from

A smile so you dont have to be reminded of that pain

That smile so you can simply hide it and dismiss youre pain

So please know beyond a smile there can be something happening so dark and sinister, and they will put up a smile just to hide it.
