Inside the comfort of four walls, she's a long lost princess—forgotten by her kingdom, nestled by a dragon. She wonders how other princesses handled maintenance of long hairs. Hers was never silky, it's matted and dull and clearly out of life. Her head can barely sustain the flaxen mane. She wonders how princesses became great artists inside their confinements. What inspired them to get out of bed and draw? Or write? Or sing? She would rather stay in bed and sleep and rest and just be done today. How can princesses dream of gallant Knights or Princes arriving with their ivory white horses and glinting swords, while she can't even dream about anything anymore? How can a forfeited princess expect to be saved without the will to be rescued?
