In the light of Women's Day's empowering glow,
We reflect on the paths still left to go.
Though strides have been made, there's still much to fight,
Against the shadows of violence, casting a blight.
For every voice that's silenced, every tear that's shed,
There's a sister, a mother, a daughter, filled with dread.
In the darkness of fear, they quietly plea,
For a world where they're safe, where they can be free.
Let's raise our voices, let's stand as one,
Against the darkness until the battle is won.
For every woman, let's pave the way,
Towards a future where they thrive every day.
On this Women's Day, let's unite and proclaim,
That violence against women has no place to claim.
