I can't win an argument by shouting
I've thrown documents into the bin
My friend is growing closer to me
Now they're marrying my next of kin.

I've tried to reconnect with a sibling
But found myself running out of time
I planned a great believable alibi
Incase I committed a stupid crime.

I gave freedom to all my loved ones
forgot to keep my enemies close at hand
I always had to agree with everyone
I was spineless never making a stand.

I gave in to all my children's demands
Grew aware of the seven year itch
I let out a huge sigh of relief
When I eventually realised my life's a bitch.
