Meditation
Close your eyes, can you concentrate?
As you breath in and out, can you feel the weight?
The body has grown heavy, saturated with burden
As you sink deeper into relaxation, breathing becomes lighter, heart beating slower.
Focus on the sounds all around you, feel the breeze of the fan as it spins above you
The gentle chill that fills your soul, you feel yourself letting go
Thoughts come in and thoughts go out, leaving your head empty of clutter
Alone in this moment,not a word is uttered.
Leaving you to heal and let your worries melt away like butter.
