Yesterday was one of the worst days for me.

I feel immense sadness, as if my heart is bleeding.

I had hoped that our conversation would relieve my troubled mind.

However, you informed me that your work demands an early start tomorrow.

I responded with an understanding smiley face, but inside, I carry a heavy burden of depression.

I long for sleep to transport me to dreamland, where I can escape from it all.

Even though tomorrow is a new day, the thought of facing it brings me physical pain in my back.
