Thou art the light
In my world of darkness.
To face the world, so afraid I was,
Then, a lamp of courage in my heart,
You became.

To fall, I wasn’t scared,
For every time I fell, you held my hand.
I tried my best to irritate you,
But gladly failed when I saw you smile.

To me, so much have you done.
Cause Thou art the light in my world
