As I find myself standing here,
and yet something, just doesn't feel right.
Now that the world stands together,
against a common enemy, how do we fight.
For we have been attacked, for as long as we have known, sickness, disease,
God hear our prayers, and answer us please.
For we in this world, with our hatred and our greed, for its blinded us, we've been so lost.
Could this, just possibly be us, just paying the cost.
For this COVID-19, so new to us,
may or may not be, as bad as it seems.
I know it's changed alot of, the life we've known
ruined, so many life's, and shattered countless dreams.
So, what do we do now?? Just sit back,
and just hope! that this! just, passes us bye.
Or? do we stand against this,
fighting it, standing eye to eye.
For this much is worth fighting for,
and it's life, and now this, I know.
We cannot, nor I will not, just give up and die
So fuck you Covid-19, my answer is NO!!!
