if you really think about it, all these moments in your life, the one's you felt fear, anxious, the ones where your heart felt so sad you could barely see past it.

the days that weren't so bright, days you've struggled to get by, days you wished you could have been doing anything else, that things were different, days that your soul needed alittle spark but it felt so out of reach.

they're all memories now aren't they?

as much as you couldn't breathe, as much as you felt like it would never end, like you were stuck in a situation you couldn't get out of, it passed didn't it?

happier days came didn't they? you learnt alot however painful didn't you?

and definitely it'll probably get too dark again, get too much again, feel hopeless again, hard to breathe again. But you'll push like every other time won't you?

you'll keep breathing, because you've been here before, or something very close to it, but here you are, still breathing, still pushing, still waiting for brighter days, better days because yes they exist, and they're worth holding on for, because honestly, truly sincerely
