On that lonely day
Heart craves for justice day
Pitter-patter came down the raindrops
Heavy torrents came down my teardrops
My soul heavy with sore
My mind wander to the core

Sitting idle is useless
Staying agile is useful
So i had to do the needful
Learning from others is helpful
How to stop being pitiful
Life itself is unmerciful

Now for this verse
I'll try to converse
Inking my pen to jot down
Sinking feeling i felt
Thinking about that sad day
Peace seekers were mowed down

Life is a race
You increase your pace
Raise your banners high
Lift your voices high
We'll refuse to serve
Until justice is served
