Tears They’ll Never See
Alone in the dark, where no one will care,
I scream into silence, but no one's there.
Nights blur to mornings, mornings to night,
A hollow routine with no end in sight.
The world spins on, indifferent and cold,
While I fade away, forgotten, untold.
No friends, no faces, just empty air,
Not a soul notices, not one to care.
But then there's Mom, her tears like rain,
And Dad, drowning in a wordless pain.
Their grief is the only thing holding me still,
Not love, just the weight of the hurt they’ll feel.
I won’t break for me—there’s nothing to save,
But I’ll stay for the tears they’d take to my grave.
Each breath I take, not one for my own,
Just a lifeless body, forever alone.
