I've come to realize that my life is spent.
I've paid the devil my soul for rent.
I've over taxed my spirit it's true.
I'm calling on Jesus to come through.
To save my life so I can start anew.
Please guide me in all I do.
I'm new to this so I will need a hand.
I await your holy command.
I'll follow wherever you lead.
I know you will provide my every need.
So as I lay here my sins released as I weep.
I pray you watch over me as I sleep.
As I lay here weak but honest about where I've been.
And I know that all I've said has been forgiven.
