Some people say
if your Allah loves you more than 70 mothers
then why does he ask you to stay hungry and thirsty in the month of Ramadan
A mother cannot think of keeping her children hungry and thirsty, so why does your Allah command you to do this?

Answer
Do you remember when you were sick in childhood, your mother used to give you medicines, even if the medicine was bitter, your mother used to give you that medicine forcibly so that you will be cured.
Does this mean that your mother does not love you?
No, it means that your mother knows what is right for you, she knows that this medicine will definitely make you feel bitter for a while but you will be cured of it.

So Ramdan is that medicine for us
and Allah knows what is better for us
