Lovers Plight
Doth fall, encapsulated in thou Aphrodite eyes: pearlescent sea’s – she draws me?

A

Temptation; hath to falter, egregious beauty: her aura bleeds

B

Perceive thy as a conqueror; I shall find thou skeleton key

A

Caerus, I do affy; fabled love for I am too weak
B

Ravin thyself to blunder, I am no match for her gaze: in perils I pray

C

She calls, she calls, so quaint: I quake, egal for I am not

D

Slave for thy to be seen; to hold thy hand I would slay

C

Love is mad, for I am a puppet to its rot

D

Delicate as butterfly wings thou art’s smile; Rhea, guide thee

E

Flowers bloom as she walks, guileful, they hide, as I arrive

F

Cupid lend thy bow, my heart swoons as a banshee

E

Pluck me for courage to be revived

F

I am a pawn to loves control, abhorred forevermore

G

Perchance, I reappraise, to feel thy love as sweet as sycamore

This was a piece I did for college a long time ago, I wanted to do a Shakespearen piece with touches based in Greek mythology

I hope you all enjoyed it is a Sonnet! So, the concept being the A lines rhyme with A and so on.

Thankyou for reading!
