Smiling is beautiful
Laughing feels wonderful
Just a little spreads happiness
And keeps relationships

We all want joy in our life
We all need happiness to move
We all need hugs to feel loved
We all need each other to survive

But ironic when you do this but not feel it
How sad when you preach it but not show it
How painful it is to not feel needed nor appreciated

And slowly we move to sadness
Accepting it and forgetting the happiness
Refusing to acknowledge and accept that they both work together

One can never be happy all the times
And one can never be sad all the times
The both work together for reasons
Meant for humans And animals

To teach lessons
To be able to accommodate pains
To be grateful and count your blessings
To understand the word humanity
