It comes with too much complications

No one is ever with the one that they dream of

And being is

Having too much hallucinations

No one can ever say they got the complete satisfaction

Of what

Love truly is

Love can't be defined

No matter who you're with

No one can ever be

Where they would love to be

With too much holding us back

None can ever say

They truly love who they are

Esteem of self is a common lack

But no one can really love someone else

Without loving themselves

No one can say they truly loved and lost

If love lost

Than love

Was never

Love at all

Behind just one

Small word

Too much meaning

Loses

Or

Vanishes

Easily

Just as love is

Supposed to be

Beautiful it tricks us

Into the feeling

With hopes that it

Will be the real thing

Love isn't real

Nor is it fake

It's a do or don't thing

A easy give or take

So why do we want to love

Why do we define it as our all

Why do we dream of being swept up off our feet

If the same way

It sweeps us off

Is the same way

It can release it's grip

To watch us fall

Unanswered questions

Unanswered cause nobody has the answers

And nobody ever will

If claims

Are made

Of knowing the answers

Know they're lies

Are slipping through their teeth

Unbeknownst to them

As they're in love

And in 6 feet deep

Trapped in their hallucinations

Love blinded them

You see

Cause if it didn't

Than they would've questioned it

So deeply
