If only wishes can come true,
I have one or two or maybe a few,
And they're all about you,
It was when I dreamt of you.
I saw your face. Again.
For so long. I supposed to feel pain.
But you smiled.
And you tried to hold my hand.
A smile coursed through my lips.
As your hands travelled through my hips.
But it is just a dream.
A wish my heart's been dying to scream.
It is nothing relevant.
Seems impossible to grant.
Because I woke up again in an empty bed,
Which where you once existed
Arms wrapped around my waist.
And my hair all over the place
I woke up in the reality,
That you can't risk anything to stay with me.
A wish..
That would be all it'll ever be.
