the colors swim in patterns
of yellows greens and blue
I don't know if it matters
I sorely wish I knew

I'm not quite like tommorow
or even yesterday
though the category is narrow
I'm left pondering today

or shattering screams and shouts
am I sweet caresses
or do I bring enormous doubts

am I a quiet morning
