Solutions To Teenage Pregnancy

Dear parents it starts with you,
This issue can be reduced,
If you are willing to do it,
And ready to make it work.

Why are you afraid to chat sex issues with the kids?
You want them to learn from school,
And get it right, but you know,
Memories fade, they can't stick it in for long.

Why can't you be clear with them,
And stop fearing the questions they may ask,
Just be open about your own sexual values and attitudes,
It will be much easier to talk with your child.

Just be specific and talk to them,
Oftenly speak about love and sex and say the few words,
Be honest enough listen to them,
And find out what they've understand.

Know where your children are at all time,
Don't be so relaxed like you've already did your job,
For bringing them up or giving birth,
Find out their activities, are they useful?

Know your Children's friends and their families,
'Cause peer have a strong influence on teens,
Invite your Children's friends to your home,
Talk with them regularly.

Talk with their parents too,
Remind them on times,
These kids should be at home,
And discourage early, frequent and steady dating.

Of course you can't stop then to love,
But remind them to be careful on age difference,
Try setting a limit of no more than a two years age difference,
'Cause power difference can lead to unwanted and unprotected sex.

Ask these kids what they want,
Even if you can't get it make them understand,
Don't abuse them, they'll try find it the wrong way,
And may lead you to a regret.

Find their goals and help them nature it,
Keep them busy don't just abandon them,
'Cause they'll lose their way,
And start focusing on bad staffs.

Talk to them the value of education,
And show them how much you value the education,
Give them examples of moral upright persons,
And build them an idea of being like them.

Know what they are watching,
Don't just switch the TV in the sake of watching,
Everything they read, make sure you're pleased,
Plus the music they listed to.

Even the Bible says disciplining the child,
To correct them, won't kill them,
Be firm in discipline and rich in communication.
Emphasize mutual trust and responsibilities.
Help them, they can't do it on their own.
