Roses are red
Violets are blue
Darling just know I'm still in love with you

Butterflies fill
Heart race so fast
Young and in love thinking it would all last

Holding my hand
Kiss me goodbye
Everything was sweet with you by my side

I know you care
Loved me with pride
But loves not enough with hurt locked inside

Left me alone
Shattered my heart
Took my emotions and ripped them apart

Drifting in sea
Lost in my thoughts
My love stayed despite the pain that it brought

I'll be okay
I will survive
As long as you're happy and you're still alive

Lipstick is red
Teardrops are blue
No matter how I try I still love you
