though I think about you each and everyday
the way you left me here alone in the dark
but when I'm with you, the magic would spark.
We used to love each other unconditionally
until you walked away & that really hurt me
I wanted you to stay while I was hurting inside
when you left me alone, I just wanted to die.
For a long time, I thought you really hated me
but I opened my eyes and I set myself free
you're back in my life & you wanted to stay
though you hurt me so bad each & everyday.
I know I'm in love and I need you with me
but you hurt me so bad and yet I'm still free
it's the way you left me here alone in the dark
though I'm falling in love and feeling the spark.
