I stood in the middle of nowhere staring helplessly to the soaring birds. Looking desperately for a comforter, knowing fully well I was in a dead zone.
The scorching sun disappeared into the mid air. The whirling palm trees felt my excruciating pain. I shook my head in abrupt disbelief when I got no relief. Everything around me pierced deep through my heart.
No matter how I cried for help no one came to my rescue. I felt really helpless when no one was by my side. I sobed all night through cause I was dejected wanting to be loved when I wasn't. The more I tried to let go of things, the deeper I became saddened and dismayed.
I longed to be loved by those around me but to no avail. It seemed everything all around me was ignorant of my presence even though I was close by. Life played a tricky game on me but I tried to overlook what I couldn't handle. The more I peered for aid, the more I was disappointed.
Regardless of the predicaments of life, I strived to maintain my inner peace and joy because I couldn't get help when I solicited for one.
