Uber
Speeding through the waves of light,
At times the time's not even right.
Call my bluff and dare me to,
Do the things you always do.

Bring the spring into my cold,
With a promise until I'm old.
Always smiling to see my face,
And always willing to go my pace.

My reason may not be singular,
But what am I without my love?
The world will have to find a way,
To deal with every love we make.

I don't care what they might think,
For I have you to stop my sink.
And all the good you've done for me,
In all three years, I've counted three.

I don't want a ladder or flight,
You keep me on the ground so right.
I don't want to live a lie,
Or by myself without your high.

Things are simple in our realm,
And better without all of them.
There's no worry within our words,
We are due and we're the world.
