Sea of dreams
Sailing away
with my thoughts
on the lofty sea
of dreams.
Will my will be
to drown in the deep blue
and forget all the amuses of life?
To become one with Most High King,
giver of life
or
would I continue to sail away
aloft the deep blue,
singing the tunes
I’ve known
to be bellowed
from below
the belly of the sea?
For there,
my dreams lay trapped
with nothing but a mere escape
of my lips which beg for breath.
Well I guess
I’ll never know.
For now,
I’ll just remain aflot
and summon all the courage
I know to sail away
on this lofty sea of dreams.
