I wake up and light blinds me

So I hide in the shadows

My body no longer belongs to me


I turn on the radio

And the voice sing beautiful things

But all I can hear are
the shadows screaming profanities

I walk down the streat

With people drowning in their dreams

But only I and the shadows can see

I lay in my grave

Feeling the void inside of me

But everything is fine because the shadows are hugging me
