Broke up with Depression, found my way.
No more heavy clouds in my mind,
Sunrise of hope, a new path to find.

Tears may have fallen, but I stood strong,
Facing the darkness, proving them wrong.
Scars remain, but I wear them proud,
A symphony of strength, clear and loud..

Through tear-stained nights, I found my way,
To brighter skies, a hopeful ray.

I left behind the ache, the ruth.

In newfound light, my spirit free,
I dance with joy, I let it be.
