You are amazing, my God Almighty!
You overflow me with kindness,
love, and endless glory.

Though I am destitute and defenceless,
I perceive the image of Christ in my shattered self.

I poured out my emotional
frailties, weaknesses, and anxieties onto Christ, my Lord.

In return, the Spirit of the Lord liberates me from the shackles of
affliction and captivity.

I am restored by the divine
benevolence of the Lord.

With the Lord's goodness, I find my
healing.
