The Fourth Horseman
I'd like to believe the storm will pass but like all storms another will take its place.
Some say tough it out while others cling to hope.
For me that's like holding on too tightly to a bar of soap.
Eventually it just slips through my fingers and mocks my every attempt at trying to rid myself of life's impurities.
I'm capable of giving wonderful advice to everyone else but as for myself I paid a price for knowledge.
Those around me will know love as long as I am willing to suffer.
The only way to break the curse is to give my pain to those I love and that's a price I'm not willing to pay.
It's a conscious decision I make every day, for I am the fourth horseman riding my white horse of pestilence and my death marks the day of the apocalypse.
