Can you take these tears away
Crying inside is hurting me
Missing so much, friends that were dear
Laughing, sharing, shifting past third gear

Mirror reflection says, "Dare"
Mending, the splits that has come to be
Everyday is drawing a new me
Cannot replace the people that were close

Maybe in time, new will come
Times precious gift
