IMMORALITY
The ways of man are oft' so strange,
So hard to understand.
His morals, morals oft' deranged,
His heart filled with sand.
A heart, so void of love and care,
Just lust and pride within.
A being, selfish and unfair,
So full of mortal sin.
How can we change his wayward ways?
How can his heart be healed?
It takes the strength of God to raise
This sinner from his field.
Oh, Lord, with open arms, embrace
This broken soul in need.
Renew his heart,restore his face,
And let him see the light.
Let him be washed in God's grace,
By Jesus Christ, so bright.
Let not his sins weigh heavy still,
But let them fall away.
Let him be cleansed by God's own will,
And see a brand new day.
Let not his past define his life,
But let his future be.
A beacon of God's holy light,
For all the world to see.
A champion of God's holy way,
For all eternity.
