In life's vast pattern, a truth holds clear,
A thread that binds us all, both far and near,
Through highs and lows, joys interlace with strife,
For everyone goes through something in life.

In times of laughter, hearts take flight,
Embracing love and friendships shining bright,
Yet shadows cast their veil upon the way,
Everyone goes through something, come what may.

Some face the tempests of a broken heart,
When love departs, and worlds are torn apart,
But through the tears, strength begins to rise,
Resilience blooms, like stars in midnight skies.

Others grapple with doubts that cloud their mind,
Insecurities that keep them confined,
Yet in the depths, a glimmering hope remains,
To break free from self-doubt's binding chains.

Loss and grief may visit like the rain,
Leaving us shattered, trying to regain,
Yet healing whispers softly in the breeze,
Reminding us, storms pass, and hearts find ease.

Depression's touch can grip with iron might,
Engulfing souls in an endless night,
But hold on tight, for dawn shall surely break,
And light will flood the darkest hearts awake.

Anxiety, a weight that holds us tight,
Can make us fear the day or dread the night,
Yet courage blooms amid the trembling fear,
Pushing us forward, whispering in our ear.

Addictions wrestle with the human soul,
A constant battle to maintain control,
But in the fight, we find our strength anew,
To rise above and start life's journey anew.

For every person bears a hidden pain,
A story woven in life's vast terrain,
With empathy and love, let's face what comes,
Together, united, till the battle's won.

So when you see a stranger pass you by,
Remember, they too might be asking why,
In kindness, let us walk this road as one,
For everyone goes through something, every single one.
