Trust is a brutal concept.
It involves making ourselves vulnerable to one another and allowing someone to see our innermost being.
Even those we allow in our lives to see the beauty of our utmost truth can warp it into something foul.
It is in these times we cannot allow our hearts to be corrupted beyond measure for we must find those people we can truly trust without fear because it is a beautiful thing to trust one another.
I will continue to trust deeply, always being discerning yet open to trust those whom I love.
