Am i Alive ?
It was mid summer night,
When a thought came to my mind,
That Am i really alive ?
Like robots working day and night,
For a purpose;
Yet to define, Am i really alive ?
Perhaps; Something in mee stuck,
Am i a person or robot at work,
Questioning my existence,
Yes; in between mid summers,
Monotonous was everything in life,
Am i really alive ?
Seeking for what actually matters,
Love or maybe money in the closet,
When found each one thus !
Yet; nothing comforts that much,
Am i really alive ?
And in the darkest of nights,
I saw a lively firefly,
Ahh ! wonderful creature spreading light,
Well may be i was alive,
Witnessing the beauty of nature interwined,
No now i didn't deny,
Yes I was alive,
Living a life;
That would always surprise,
With these wonderful bliss aside.
