Scared of the darkness?
Spooked from a dream into a dark room.
Contemplating moving, but can't move.
Among you in the bed lies a snake!
Relinquish your fear,
Escape with all you can muster.
Do deadly dark forces follow you out?
On your way to find a candle,
Fight your fear, and battle your mind.
Thankful you could make it thus far,
Heavy loud whispers move your way.
Either be frozen with fear or continue on,
Dancing with danger,
Attempting to survive the night.
Rooted like a tree grown with fear,
Keep watering this plant and it'll grow.
Need to let it starve to be free of it's grip,
Experience freedom away from fear.
Stopped by your own thoughts.
Stuck in a loop of terror in the darkness.
