Humanity, what makes the human a human?I ask myself that question every other day.What differentiates the human race from animals? What makes our species more superior than animals? Is it our emotions? Well animals have emotions too. Is it our sense of compassion and act of kindness towards others? Is it our intellect or creativity? Is it our sense of duty and of service? Then why does the human race sit back and watch while others are matched to the slaughter house. Where's the humanity in raging wars against others? Where's the humanity when others die of hunger? Where's the humanity when others are trafficked into modern day slavery? Where's the humanity when others can't afford basic necessities to survive? Where's the humanity when the world is driven by greed and hate? Where's the humanity when others can't live in peace and enjoy their lives as humans? What makes the human a human being? Why has mankind lost it's humanity and given way to it's animalistic nature. Well animals don't match other animals to the slaughter house nor sell their neighbours for money. Humans have lost their humanity! The more the human race evolves the less humans we become.
