FEAR
My eyes flutter open and I'm engulfed in darkness
I panic as I wonder where I could be
I look around, all I see is darkness
But suddenly I see rays of light
I look to the source and I see more escaping from a large square
I want to walk up to the light
But the more I look at it the farther it seems
I sink further in my spot as I let fear crawl in
Lights come on and I realize that I'm in my room
And the large square is my window which isn't so far away
I laugh all fear gone realizing something
Light erases fear
