Rose's are red,
Violets are blue,
My mom doubted me,
My father did too,
I tried to become famous,
Everyone thought I was the lamest,
I use myself like a tool,
Pretending to be a fool,
Didn't get me much attention,
I did go to detention,
I tried following a crowd,
To make myself feel proud,
It all ended in pain,
I thought I was going insane,
I was thinking drugs will heal,
They could not conceal,
The deep emotions,
That lead to demotion,
I thought I would die,
Then I got a call from the sky,
It told me don't let go,
Although you feel low,
This is the time to rise,
Not to demise,
Be free of despair,
Let it be up in the air,
For it is time to shine,
Your life may realign,
I listen to the voice,
I made the choice,
To give life a chance,
Than it enhanced,
Things changed,
I no longer felt strange,
I started to believe in love,
Every since the call from above,
I now knew happiness was within,
I will never have to look again.
