In the midst of adam's ale,
Elegantly stood the glowing moon
An eccentric view bestowing delight and awe,
To thy mysterious beholders
Embodding a fateful contradiction,
Between turmoil and stillness
An imperfectly perfect moon
Standing unapologetically among the stormy waves
Offering hope and inspiration to man
To stand tall in thyself
To be perfectly flawed like the moon
And like the swaying sea waves
