It's frustrating to watch you waste your time,
On someone so controlling,
You jump at their every command,
Whilst your life, she's patrolling,
But she's happy to chuck your feelings aside,
And accuse you of things you've not done,
Then one day, out of nowhere,
She goes off on the run.
You've told us one too many times,
That you'll no longer entertain,
But as soon as she gets back in touch,
You claim you're both together again.
When will you realise your self worth,
And stick to what you say?
When will you realise the relationship you're in,
Is covered in decay?
It's hard to support someone who knows,
Exactly how they're treated,
So many times, you've cried with your friends,
And when she's back, you've slowly retreated.
Whenever you want to live your life,
And go and see your friends,
She throws out accusations,
And the relationship then ends.
You tell your friends constantly,
You're definitely not going back,
Then suddenly, you go missing again,
Because things are "back on track".
We know that you are hurting,
When the two of you aren't together,
But are the five minutes of happiness,
Worth the constant misery forever?
