Hearts searching; a wasteland of woes
Every heart searching: relentlessly for its home
To find harmony, to harness love, to atone:
Blossom & grow
Masked eye hiding loves wondrous ebb and flow
Divinity, desolation, discovery, a task one undertakes alone

Turmoil, tears, tragically true; life is not fair in love and war
Broken heartstrings turned to thorns
Arteries pierced & torn
Hopeless romantics wander in throes, a thousand times warned
Bruised egos, licking wounds, souls confused; left alone

Vindictive violets violating those they deem easy pickings
Heartless harlets hone targets easily tricking
Money manipulating morals simplistic tickings
Life's lulls lingering as humans are constantly desperate for fixings

Beauty, vibrant vibrations; true love in plain sight
Hearts collide, a conflux of emotions brought to light
Not dimmed by the naysayers, the liar's or cheaters, unadulterated heights
Soaring starlight, a rambunctious reunion of flight
Combustible flames of passion, succulent Edens bite

Souls severing solitude finding true love to hold
Whispering woes whisking away as loves grasp unfolds
Fleeting fears finally leave as hugs begin to resist the blistering cold
Once opening ones heart to the essence of love the world turns to gold

This is a creative trial, I want to try mix two separate formats of poetry while still following the same topic. The two stanza focusing wholly on alliteration can be a standalone poem, while the other three stanza could be their own as well. I believe I will repost the alliteration portion of this separately as well as this piece as I feel they deserve their own spotlight!
