Poem: Teamwork in leadership

I'm a leader!
I scheme the blueprint,
my venture to improve,
but I'm going nowhere.

Segregated handle as I'm,
You hurdle me to downfall.
Persistently I swim in failure,
You grab my forward,
I leap harder to zero.

Your ways swell me to grow.
Knowing that I couldn't be alone
to develop into height.
You seduced me into a bloc.

We're now a team on board,
on remitting we plunge our labour.
Knowing the root of everyone
becomes our goal.

Our code holds on to teamwork,
separately we embark on a commend,
idly budgeting our purpose

You're the cause of this bold,
paralyzed to the strength of
the power we brandish.
