Little Butterfly 🦋
Little butterfly, I know you are terrified
but please put your fears aside.
Do not bind yourself to the shadows that dim your shine.
Do not give in to the chills that are running through your spine.
Even if the path is bleak,
and you cannot find what you seek,
do not crumble in this caliginous town.
Do not let those eagles take you down.
Little butterfly, do not look at that abyss, its just an illusion.
You are not a caterpillar, you can leave your cocoon.
You can disown your crown and run,
for its nothing but a burden.
You may not be a phoenix, rising from the ashes.
But you are not a flightless bird.
Do not look behind, those are all blurry flashes.
You can make it even with damaged wings.
Little butterfly, take flight,
tremble not, you will be alright.
Little butterfly, the dawn is smiling,
Fly high, your spring is waiting.
