I need a word to describe what I feel,
The conflicting emotions,
The highs and lows,
The void and fullness,
The eerie mood I wear.

Questions unanswered,
“What if” and the “what then”
What if the morning comes with no joy,
What then will the day unfold,
I’m laying still as my mind lament.

I don’t like the silence,
But I wish I don’t find the words,
That would be me making real this omen,
I wish the morning comes and my pain goes,
The silence hurts, but what can I do?
