Early in the morning
when people wakes up with a beautiful faces
I woke up with a sore face
people wondered what kept her awake at night.
And I smiled
if only the knew the thought in my head that chases sleep out of my eyes
if only the knew the demons that I fight at night.
which visit with it's accusations
which points fingers with reasons why I shouldn't have peace.
if only the knew that I love a good night sleep too but can't get them
