I open my arms wide open to welcome happiness
To my disappointment I'm left with emptiness
I wait patiently for laughter's visit
But out of my mouth loud sobs exit
I try to force a smile
But im guessing that will take a while
I try to open my heart to a stranger
But the alarming sound in my head rings danger
They try peaking in the walls that I have built
I push them hard with no guilt
I dig a hole to bury my heart
I bury my feelings and that's a start
