I'm home.
You were that flicker of light in my cold chambers, washing me with a warm, my sheets couldn't ever exude. You kissed my scars, and held me ever so gently, as if I was someone worth wanting, someone worth caring for. I craved a home out of you, grew gardens around your rough edges, when I was aware, of how any shooting star, wouldn't ever make you stay.
