Forgiveness: My Way Of Moving Forward
"Forgiveness, for me, is a process of releasing the pain and negative emotions associated with the hurt. It's not about forgetting or trusting the person again, but about breaking free from the burden of resentment and anger. I forgive for my own inner peace, not for the other person's sake.
Forgiveness doesn't mean letting someone back into my life or giving them another chance. It means setting boundaries to protect myself from similar hurt in the future. While memories and pain may still resurface, forgiveness allows me to process and deal with them in a healthier way.
